BD Myshopi – Middle Management Day
During this multi-hub meeting, online connection was made with eight halls across the country. The presentation part was broadcast from our auditorium, followed by work sessions in which questions from the different rooms were processed and answered. Our technical team supported the ‘remote’ rooms to achieve a stable connection.
Fedagrim – General Assembly
At this online event, both the keynote portion and the statutory portion were simultaneously translated from our auditorium. Employees could choose online between the Dutch or French audio. The approval and discharge was completely online via a form that could be downloaded afterwards by the board.
Onder Woordvoerders – Real Time
At this session, spokespersons from Colruyt, AZ Sint-Jan hospital and Yves Stevens from the national crisis center (from off-site) shared their story about their approach during the Covid-19 period. They connected with about 20 spokespersons in the room and exchanged their experiences during a Q&A discussion.
