Sustainability
A sustainable setting and service for your event
At RodeBol Events you can count on a sustainable setting and service for your event.
Our event location has a sustainable infrastructure, in-house catering and we are easily accessible by any means of transport.
Our 3 event locations are on the Ghent CommunicationCampus and we also organize online events, from Streaming to Hybrid.
Sustainable infrastructure
RodeBol Events' buildings have a highly sustainable infrastructure. Our ventilation, heating and cooling system operates with the most sustainable and innovative techniques, ensuring a perfect, pleasant and healthy indoor climate at all times.
The engine of our carbon-neutral infrastructure is located on the roof of AuditoRium4. In fact, solar panels and heat pumps provide a sustainable energy supply.
The intensive green roof also guarantees sustainable water management. It not only captures water but is also conducive to biodiversity and has a cooling effect in the summer. It also provides cleaner air and an acoustic buffer.
Finally, our parking lot is also sustainably equipped with electric charging stations for cars and bicycles.
Homegrown catering
If you are looking for an event location with delicious and sustainable catering, RodeBol Events is the right place for you.
Our chefs prepare the most delicious dishes with ingredients from their own vegetable garden. We prefer seasonal ingredients with short transport chains.

Easily accessible
The better the accessibility, the lower the emissions. Fortunately, our event venues are easily accessible by any mode of transportation. Whether you come on foot, by bicycle, train, by Blue-Bike, bus, shuttle service, or by car. It's all possible.
The CommunicationCampus is close to the Gent-Sint-Pieters train station and there is ample parking on site for bikes and cars. Charging stations are also provided for those coming by electric bike or car.
