Our event location MeetingCenteR4 offers various meeting rooms, each tailored to your meeting, brainstorming or training. MeetingCenteR4 is an economical formula that fully meets your needs and wishes. The venue consists of: PeRspectief4 with Lounge as break-out room; Resteau4 and BoRdeau4 with break-out room CointReau4; ARisteau4 with an adjacent break-out room FigaReau4; BaRbeau4 and CaReau4 are 2 meeting rooms that can also serve as a private restaurant. The different rooms can also be combined for break-out sessions. Groups of up to 50 people can meet there in a bright room with modern infrastructure and soothing views.
Everything is available to allow you to meet in optimal conditions: screen with Clickshare, wifi, flipchart with markers, ... MeetingCenteR4 has its own professional kitchen for your culinary meetings. Its location is close to the Gent Sint-Pieters railway station, the Ghent traffic artery R4 and the Expo interchange (E17/E40). MeetingCenteR4 is located on the CommunicationCampus and also has its own parking.
