Combine Aula4 with flexible breakout rooms, a spacious reception and registration area, and FoyeR4, where partners can present themselves and where there is plenty of room for networking. Thanks to various room configurations, from theater, U-shape, and classroom to cabaret, you can tailor every moment perfectly to your program and your audience.
Easily accessible
RodeBol Events is located on the CommunicationCampus, along the R4 and the Ghent Ring Canal. Ghent-Sint-Pieters station is also nearby. From the station, you can walk, take a Blue-bike, or use our shuttle services to get to the Communication Campus and back. We are also easily accessible by car for those coming from the R4, E40, or E17, with plenty of parking available equipped with charging stations for electric cars.
