3-day summit
For the first time in two years, the 200 employees of 9altitudes had the chance to meet each other “live.
Place of appointment: the RodeBol event location.
On the program: knowledge transfer by keynote speakers and through training sessions.
Nice touch: during speed dates the colleagues got to know each other even better.
An event venue with all the trimmings
9altitudes made the most of the entire RodeBol infrastructure.
The 12 breakout rooms (8 to 60 seats), spread across the CommunicatieLoft, MeetingCenteR4 and AuditoRium4, proved their worth.
Our in-house catering, techniques and know-how responded seamlessly to the client's requirements. Together, they made for a more than successful three-day event.
From streaming to hybrid
In addition to capturing, 9altitudes opted for live streaming at the very last minute. The intention was that the few absent colleagues could follow along at home or in the office.
Speakers at remote locations addressed attendees on large screens. With good interaction between audience and speaker as a bonus.
The control room directed the recording and livestreaming at the RodeBol event locations.
Visual production as a reminder & social media content
Studio Claerhout's photographer and cameraman professionally captured the entire event. Then they were also responsible for the professional in-house video editing.
The organizer, the visitors, the interested parties... Everyone can still enjoy today and reminisce thanks to the photo and video report and the attractive aftermovie.
Multilingualism & Interpreters
9altitudes has offices in 5 countries and employees from very diverse backgrounds. The company writes a story of inclusion and diversity.
Therefore, a primary objective of the three-day event was to bring everyone together, to provide connection.
Several interpreters and a sign language interpreter ensured that everyone could follow the program effortlessly.
Employees in the limelight
During the festive closing show, 9altitudes literally put its jubilees in the limelight.
Two actors, a saxophonist, masses of confetti balloons and flowers ensured an exuberant atmosphere.
The puncturing of the balloons was the perfect ending to three days full of highlights. The team spirit at 9altitudes received a solid boost, the ideal basis to build on in the future.
Animated reception
Peripheral animation is not a fringe phenomenon. On the contrary, if well thought out, it can add great value to any event.
